We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new Associate Director, Jenk Elkiner. Jenk is returning to Halsteads after four years away at Parmabrook, during which time he achieved full Chartered Member status at the Institution of Structural Engineers. Jenk will play an important role in helping our engineering department reach out to new clients across all of our main work sectors. Welcome back Jenk!
