The works comprised the conversion of the existing Listed Building into apartments, including extending the existing basement and internal wall reconfigurations. Additionally, two new detached blocks of townhouses and apartments were built within the extensive grounds of the existing house. Construction for each block was in loadbearing masonry with timber floors on concrete strip footings.
