Construction of a new mixed used commercial and residential apartment block on the site of a former petrol filling station. The building is eight storeys, including a double basement car park. Construction is in reinforced concrete and includes heavy transfer slabs at ground and first floor levels to suit changing column positions at basement, ground and first floor levels.
